Sync logs

In case any of the configuration changes you’re making to the event fail, those will be reflected in a record in the sync log object.

For (Sub/Main) Event, Ticket, Event/ticket junction all changes you make will be synced upon save and create a synclog record to show you if the sync was succesfull.
Usually shouldn’t take more then a few seconds to sync the information and update the status.

It will if possible also give a proper message explaining what’s wrong.

In some cases we now see a synclog which keeps running, this is usually do to an expected error. Please reach out to support@gomeddo.com if you need help here.
