A floorplan can be created by creating a record in the Floorplan__c object. Once you create that record (by simply giving it a name) you will see a component that allows you to upload an image (JPG, PNG, GIF).
After that you can use the icons on the left to draw or pinpoint the areas in your floorplan/map you’ve just uploaded.
