Synchronising GoMeddo reservations with Salesforce Events
GoMeddo allows you to automatically create events from reservation so you can keep reservations in GoMeddo in sync with your Salesforce events.
Please use the Considerations for Using Events and Calendars page provided by Salesforce to see if you want to use this feature. For example events can not be longer than 14 days and there are different sharing policies that apply to events.
To enable this feature, your administrator has to navigate to the GoMeddo settings page. The options are there to:
create events for reservations
update events for reservation changes
delete events when the reservation is deleted in GoMeddo
We copy the following fields from the reservation to the Event
WhatId (only if specified on reservation)
WhoId (only if specified on reservation)
