Setting up GoMeddo Agentforce in Salesforce
Overview
This article explains how to set up GoMeddo Agentforce in Salesforce. It describes which managed packages, permission set licenses, and permission sets are required.
Following these steps ensures that users can access both GoMeddo and Agentforce features within Service Cloud.
1. Install Managed Packages
Install the following managed packages in your Salesforce org:

GoMeddo provides the core booking and resource management functionality. GoMeddo Agentforce enables integration with Agentforce.
You can verify the installation under Setup → Installed Packages.
2. Assign Permission Set Licenses and service user
Go to:
Setup → Users → [Select User] → Permission Set License Assignments → Edit Assignments
Add the following permission set licenses:
Permission Set License Label | Purpose |

Agentforce (Default) | Grants access to Agentforce functionality |
Einstein Prompt Templates | Enables use of AI-powered prompt templates |
Edit the user itself to be a service cloud user.
3. Assign Permission Sets
Next, assign the following permission sets to the same user:
Setup → Users → [Select User] → Permission Set Assignments → Edit Assignments

Prompt Template User | Grants permission to use Einstein Prompt Templates |
GoMeddo Agentforce User | Provides access to GoMeddo functionality within Agentforce |

Result
After completing these steps, the Salesforce user will have full access to GoMeddo Agentforce integrated with Agent Force, ready to handle bookings and customer interactions efficiently.
