For every GoMeddo licence, we will provision 10 Sync Connections. In case you need more, please reach out to sales@gomeddo.com.

Only Reservations that are linked to a Dimension using a Dimension Field will be synced.

When syncing to and from Google Calendar, only Dimension Fields are considered. This means dimension junctions are not synced.

Google resources can’t be the primary calendar for a synced Reservation.

When creating Sync Connections for Google resources, note that they will only function correctly when added to a Reservation as an Attendee, not as the primary connection. To avoid setting the resource as the primary sync connection, ensure that the Sync Priority on the fields is configured to give the resource fields a lower priority.
