Configuring the steps
Defining the Customer Journey
The customer journey is composed of a sequence of steps that collect information from the user.
Examples of steps include:
Selecting a Blueprint
Choosing a Resource
Selecting Dimension records
Picking a Time Slot or a Reservation
Providing Personal Information
Reviewing a Summary and confirming the booking
You can enable, disable, reorder, or configure steps from the Frontend Overview page.

Step Order and Behavior
The order of steps matters.
Inputs collected in earlier steps can influence:
Availability
Conflict checking
Which options are shown in later steps
Some steps behave differently depending on whether they appear before or after others (for example, Dimension Selection relative to Timeslot Selection).
This allows you to design booking flows that match your business logic and user experience requirements.
