Default Blueprints

When you install the GoMeddo Frontend Builder (or upgrade from a version before 1.12), three Blueprints are automatically created in your org. You can use them as-is to get started quickly, or use them as a starting point to build your own.

All three have a duration of 60 minutes and include pre-configured Fields to Set.

Simple Reservation

A minimal Blueprint for creating a basic reservation with a type and status. No resource or staff dimension is included.

Fields to Set

Good for: Simple bookings where the customer doesn't need to select a specific room or staff member.

Resource Reservation

Extends the Simple Reservation by automatically assigning a resource that is available at the parent resource selected by the customer.

Fields to Set

Good for: Bookings where the customer selects a location, and GoMeddo automatically picks an available room or resource within it.

Staff and Resource Reservation

The most complete default Blueprint. Includes both a resource (copied from the parent reservation) and a staff member available at that resource.

Fields to Set

Good for: Bookings where a specific staff member should be assigned based on availability at the selected location.

These Blueprints reference Reservation Type "Reservation" and Status "Definite" by name. Make sure those records exist in your org, or update the Fields to Set to match your own Reservation Types and Statuses.
