GoMeddo Frontend Builder 1.16 - August 21st, 2026

Features

• The Signup use case now supports dimension selection on child reservations, so each attendee within a signup can be assigned their own seat, staff member, or service instead of inheriting the parent's configuration. Only options that are actually available for that reservation's timeframe are shown. See Configuring Blueprints for the Frontend Builder.

Features

• You can now manage multiple integration users per org and assign a specific one to each frontend, each with its own API key. This makes it possible to revoke access for a single frontend without affecting the others. See Authenticating the Frontend Builder.

Bugs

• Fixed an error when creating a priced reservation through the /v1/reservations REST endpoint with GoMeddo Payments enabled. Paid bookings now complete successfully, and when a payment description cannot be determined the endpoint returns a clear message instead of a generic server error.

• Fixed formula fields not being selectable in the Summary step when using Signup mode.

GoMeddo Frontend Builder 1.14 - July 20th, 2026

Features

• Admins can now preview the configured booking flow directly from the Frontend Builder settings screen and the Demo Page, including unsaved changes. The preview supports resizing to test different screen sizes and is blocked at the Summary step so no reservations are created. See Configuring a Frontend.

• Selection steps can now be given configurable filters. Admins choose which fields on the Reservation object are available as filter criteria per step, letting end users narrow down long lists of options instead of scrolling through everything.

• A dedicated Frontend Builder Integration User permission set now ships with the managed package. It works with the Salesforce Integration User license out of the box, so admins no longer need to clone and strip the standard user permission set. See Authenticating the Frontend Builder.

• The step type and frontend type selectors in the configuration wizard now show a short description alongside each option, making it clearer what each choice does when setting up a frontend.

Bugs

• Fixed timezones not being respected in the Signup use case, where times were shown incorrectly when the resource and the visitor's browser were in different timezones.

• Fixed the Cancellation page reloading in an endless loop when no cancelled reservation status was configured. Users now see a clear message, and admins get a validation warning when activating the step without that setting.

GoMeddo Frontend Builder 1.13

Features

• A new combined date and timeslot grid layout is now available in the Timeslot Selection step, letting bookers pick a date and immediately see available slots for that day in a single view — with unavailable days greyed out in the date picker

• Field labels on the Custom Fields and Personal Information steps now support rich text, allowing administrators to embed hyperlinks, bold, and italic formatting in field labels and translations — useful for use cases like a mandatory Terms & Conditions checkbox with a link to the document

• Dimension records on the Dimension Selection step can now be sorted, surfacing the most relevant options first based on the booker's context

• The summary step field picker now only shows fields that are actually populated during the booking flow, making configuration cleaner and preventing empty fields from appearing in the booking summary

Bugs

• Fixed required Custom Fields not displaying an asterisk indicator, leaving bookers without a visual cue that a field is mandatory

GoMeddo Frontend Builder 1.12 - March 31st, 2026

Features

• Three ready-to-use Default Blueprints are now automatically created when you install or upgrade to Frontend Builder 1.12, so you can get started with a working booking flow right away without having to configure one from scratch

• The summary step can now displays the name of the selected Blueprint, giving bookers a clearer overview of what they are about to book

• Salesforce picklist fields are now supported in the Custom Fields step, allowing bookers to select from a predefined list of values during the booking flow and saving structured data directly to the Reservation record

• After a successful payment, bookers are now shown a confirmation page instead of being redirected away from the booking flow

Bugs

• Fixed an issue where Card Fields in the Frontend Builder (Salesforce) were not being saved properly when the configuration was changed, which could cause the booking flow to fail

GoMeddo Frontend Builder 1.10 & 1.11 - March 20th, 2026

Features

• Bookers can now select a quantity when booking junction records (such as ordering 10 coffees and 3 teas), with optional capacity limits respected per item

• A parent resource can now be configured to scope available resources in the booking flow, making it possible to show only the rooms or slots that belong to a specific location or group

• Orgs with Person Accounts enabled are now supported in the Frontend Builder lead flow, where the company field is no longer required and leads are converted to Person Accounts on completion

• The Payments integration has been updated to use the new payments structure, with new translations added for the payment flow

Bugs

• Fixed an issue where the payment description check would fail when a Blueprint had no notes configured — the Blueprint name is now used as a fallback

• Fixed inactive statuses appearing as options in the payment status picker in the Frontend Builder configuration

• Fixed an issue where removed properties in a Frontend Builder configuration caused the booking flow to break due to strict JSON parsing

• The time slot picker window is now fully configurable: admins can set a start offset (how many days in the future to begin showing slots), a range (how many days to look ahead), and the number of rows of slots to display

• Custom field labels are now translatable for fields on the Personal Details step, Custom Fields step, and additional fields on selection cards, making it possible to fully localise the booking flow

• Fixed timeslots are now supported in the Frontend Builder, allowing admins to define named time windows per day (e.g. Morning 09:00–12:00, Afternoon 13:00–18:00) that bookers can select from
